Calendly, Acuity, TidyCal. They share a link, sync your Google or Outlook calendar, and send reminders. Best when the service is fixed-length and the customer already knows what they want — consultations, fixed-rate visits, recurring cleans. Free tiers cover one calendar.
Square Appointments, Setmore. These add deposits, payment, and staff calendars. They fit salon-style and retail services where the customer pays at booking. Square's free plan covers a single location, then runs around $29 to $69 a month per location.
Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan. Scheduling is one feature among dispatch, estimates, invoicing, and crew routing. Worth it once you run a team and the calendar has to talk to the rest of the business. Overkill for a one-truck operation.
